@tgspdcl When trying to contact Ameerpet current office for powercut they are not answering the calls, and when trying to raise complaint on 1912, they first didnt answer the call then it took 11+ mins to raise a complaint. We dont have power from last 1hr in S.R.Nagar

100000's of orders per day and just imagine a few paise per order scam can lead to what amount. Total is 206.58 demanded 207

@SwiggyCares It feels as if I am have a chat on swiggy app. The same old canned responses are send but I am 100% sure once this topic is closed here, you will not take any action and nothing will change.
@Swiggy see how is ur support team is working. No asking concerns and just throwing a partial refund money on customer face to just shut the mouth. How can these things even be tolerated as per your policy? Are the policies designed to handle things in this manner?? @fssaiindia

@VdcConnect not sure what is wrong with your Ameerpet center. We have absolutely no one waiting in queue for the scan and yet we have been made waiting for 20 minutes already with no update or any information. We don't even know how much longer we have to wait more.

Now when we have taken it to use and transact, now you have withdrawn your plan tie-up with the hospital.

@rapidobikeapp how careless you can be with people's safety. My booked ride came with different bike and different person and the that captain dropped me mid way after asking the ride fare and when raised the concern the issue ticket was also closed between the conversation.
@CommissionrGHMC do we hv disaster team working at these type of situations coz we cannot contact them the numbers are either incorrect or the receivers are kept aside to not answer the calls.
