A massive win in Kansas as a Federal Court dismisses Pfizer’s efforts to stop the State’s lawsuit.

In a first of its kind ruling, the Federal Court will allow the misleading and deceptive lawsuit against Pfizer to proceed.

As the case centres around deceptive market practices rather than injury, the judge ruled it falls outside the scope of immunity afforded by the PREP Act.

Senior counsel noted:

‘It creates a viable path for Pfizer to potentially be held accountable for its wrong doing on a massive scale.’

Slowly but surely the wheels of justice start to turn !!

⚠️Did Carney break the law this week?

I don't know who she is, but she brings up some very interesting points regarding Carney's failure to protect Canadian citizens.

Carney is an inexperienced politicians, and the Liberal party will ultimately regret their choice to allow him to be inserted as their leader by the powers that be.

Notice also how Freeland, Gould and others have all been quiet on this campaign. Those in the know are keeping their distance from Carney.
