@levillaneve usually given to ppl w heart issues n high BP. similar reason they’re used to treat anxiety; bc even tho they don’t take the thoughts away like other meds would, they ease the PHYSICAL symptoms (shaking, heart racing, nausea, etc) so it helps with the nervousness :) i take em too
