JESSE BUTLER was given youthful offender status in Oklahoma.

Your right. I’ve been wrong to characterize Section 219 as a military merger between the U.S. and Israel.

Fact is, the Knesset has no reciprocal law being passed. So the more accurate description is that Section 219 is a military giveaway to Israel.
