@myaccessbank @accessbank_help this is the second time I'm debited for debit card issuance vat, I've blocked having an atm card since 2018 and 2020 during covid-19, I was debited for atm card, I couldn't go to the bank cos of covid and 2nd of Sept I was debited again @cenbank
