@TimesBlackCard I contacted Lohono Stays, and they asked me to book through the Times Black app. However, the app redirects me to the Lohono website, where my ₹20,000 Lohono Stays voucher shows the error: “A maximum of 90% of the reservation amount can be paid via loyalty points. Please contact our reservations team.” My trip is today. Please resolve this ASAP.

The issue relates to serious pricing discrepancy, lack of transparency, and continuous misguiding by the Livspace partner team despite repeated assurances of competitive pricing.
Multiple emails, calls, WhatsApp follow-ups, and reminders have been made over several weeks, yet no resolution has been provided till date.
Expected far better professionalism, transparency, and customer support from a reputed brand.
