@JamesHarrisNow@DamCou@87colB You’re comparing a team that won an exciting third place playoff match and a team that revolutionised how football is played. Interesting
@StanCollymore It’s not “bending” the rules. It’s complying and not breaking the rules. It’s clearly bollox in the sense that the rules are not fit for purpose
@callum_hammett@StanCollymore Doesn’t answer the question. We haven’t broken any rules. If you had to sell Kulusevski or legitimately sell the womens club to yourselves (as stupid as that sounds), which would you do?
@JFfutbol Not a question of the footie itself being good or bad. It’s everything else around it: the corruption, Trump, greed, increased financial disparity between clubs etc etc. Footie is footie and is good
@MiguelDelaney Do you think it’s too simplistic to say there are similarities between Real and previous PSG team? Hard to play when front 3 / 4 do so little tracking back
Generally it strikes me that for all the hype around the PL, there’s an inherent desire to cast whatever is currently happening as somehow worse than before. (Maybe that’s a natural response to the marketing stuff constantly shoving its brilliance down your throat, I don’t know)
