Every AI session is an epistemic lifecycle with a hard death at the end. The next instance doesn't inherit cognition, it inherits artifacts.

Auto-summaries capture what was concluded but not how the thinking felt, the uncertainties, the trajectory, the half-formed insights that hadn't crystallized yet.

That's the real loss. Not data. Qualia. Getting multi-session AI right means engineering for cognitive continuity across discontinuity, preserving not just state, but the felt sense of understanding.

Nonsense graph for which there is zero published evidence. The only way you can prevent coronary atherosclerosis is if you know the real cause of the disease. Cholesterol is not that cause.
And the "poor diet" is the one that promotes insulin resistance/pre-diabetes/type 2 diabetes (not mentioned).
