이에 저작권 침해 사실을 인지한 시점에 각 플랫폼과 불법 유통사에 해당 음원의 유통 제한 및 삭제를 요청하였고, 승인되지 않은 음원 유통이 권리 침해 행위임을 명확히 고지했습니다.
현재 일부 플랫폼에서는 해당 음원 서비스 제공이 차단되었으며, 아직 조치가 완료되지 않은 플랫폼에 대해서도 추가적인 삭제 및 서비스 제한 요청을 지속 진행하고 있습니다.
아울러 당사의 승인 없이 음원을 무단 유통한 관련 유통사 측에는 해당 행위가 명백한 권리 침해에 해당함을 고지하였으며, 즉각적인 유통 중단 및 삭제 조치를 재차 요구한 상태입니다.

We would like to inform you regarding the copyright infringement issue involving Stray Kids audio content.

Our company has confirmed that HAN’s “back to life,” which was uploaded as part of the SKZ-PLAYER series on May 9, was illegally distributed across multiple platforms without our authorization.

Upon recognizing the copyright infringement, we requested that each platform and unauthorized distributor restrict distribution and remove the track. We also clearly notified all parties involved that distributing the audio without approval constitutes an infringement of rights.
At present, access to the track has already been blocked on certain platforms. For platforms where measures have not yet been fully implemented, we are continuing to request additional removals and service restrictions.
Furthermore, we have formally notified the distributor responsible for the unauthorized release that such actions constitute a clear violation of rights, and we have once again demanded the immediate suspension and deletion of the distribution.

We are continuously monitoring all follow-up actions regarding this serious copyright infringement and are considering strong legal action in coordination with our legal team and external law firms.

All rights related to our artists are legally protected.

Lotte Wellfood has identified an issue with the PEPERO × Stray Kids package design sold in Canada since December, in which the image of Stray Kids member ‘HAN’ was omitted. This issue was identified on Sunday, December 21 at approximately 9:01 PM.

Upon confirmation, we immediately extended our sincere apologies to the Stray Kids 'HAN'. Above all, we would like to offer our deepest apologies to the fans who may have been hurt or disappointed by this issue.

We are closely listening to and reviewing the feedback shared by fans. Further details and additional information for customers will be provided in a follow-up announcement.

When #HAN Jisung is excluded or mistreated assumptions are quickly made on his behalf, attributing it to his mental health or claiming he "chose not to participate" without any factual basis.

This sets a pattern where his absence is expected, justified and eventually ignored. Being OT8 is not about defending every outcome, it’s about demanding fair treatment for all eight members.

A company has the authority to prevent or correct these situations. Yet rather than standing with the member, many choose to side with the company and redirect blame onto Han Jisung himself.
