@ThisisDavina @Channel4 started menopause at 44 mainly suffering with mood swings, thought I was going mad. I was excited and pleased to find out it was the menopause and I’m not going crazy. I have been on HRT gel and a marina coil for the last 10 years how do I know when to stop GP says keep going
