by age 30, a man needs to have his priorities straight:
1. family first.
your parents won’t be around forever.
the time you spend with them now is priceless — cherish it, or regret it later.
2. build your empire.
money may not buy happiness, but it buys freedom.
and freedom is what gives you the ability to live life on your terms.
3. health is wealth.
a strong body builds a strong mind.
stay disciplined with your workouts, diet, and sleep.
because once health is lost, nothing else matters.
4. invest in relationships.
not the ones that drain you, but the ones that grow with you.
a high-value partner and a strong circle will make or break your future.
5. master your mindset.
life is hard — accept it.
embrace discomfort, keep learning, and never stop evolving.
you either grow, or you die.
6. chase purpose, not just pleasure.
short-term highs will leave you empty.
find something meaningful to work on — it’ll give your life depth.
General Francis Omondi Ogolla EGH EBS HSC was an easy happy figure.
Last year, he joined Ulinzi Stars players for morning runs, happily chanting with the group.
May his soul, and those of the other victims of the plane crash, rest in peace.
