If u can’t clearly & boldly state the craziness of Democrats being unable to define what a woman is & saying men can get pregnant, AND the madness of Republicans defending the murder of Alex Pretti, then you’re following a political party/ideology & not The Lord Jesus Christ.
The more I think about it, the more I’m a Brian Daboll guy.
1. Daboll has head coach experience
2. Daboll WON a playoff game
3. Josh knows Daboll’s offense
4. Daboll is not a nurturer
5. Bills need an offensive-minded head coach
Who is a better fit than Daboll?

NOT A HOT TAKE.
But my two cents as a season ticket holder…
I was not asking for McDermott’s firing.
But I’m not angry about it either.
He had 9 seasons. The last loss? Not his fault. But the Bills should not have been a 6 seed to begin with. Too many curious coaching decisions and underperforming defense in playoffs.
He was an excellent leader and a great guy. But in NFL history, if a coach doesn’t deliver a Super Bowl berth in 6 years it never happens.
I want a Super Bowl WIN for the Bills before I die and this team and McDermott never even got us TO the Super Bowl. He did not have a winning record in the playoffs.
A change can be a very positive thing. (It can also be negative, one way to find out).
I have deep admiration for McDermott (named my pet after him lol). And Beane needs to improve the roster, yes.
But I’m willing to give a new coach a chance, perhaps one that can take the league MVP and nation’s best fan base to the promised land.
If it doesn’t work, then yes, Beane must be held accountable. Who knows, maybe McDermott will Lindy Ruff himself back to Buffalo. Until then, i hope he succeeds wherever he lands.
17 year drought was rough to go through. Sean McDermott came in, changed the #Bills culture and helped break the drought in his 1st year (w/ Tyrod and Shady)
Big shoutout to Coach for what he brought to Buffalo and #BillsMafia
With that said, something had to change. No way you can have a generational QB and not get to the Super Bowl at least once. Regardless of anything, Coach will always have my respect for what he was able to do with a franchise that was desperate for success.
