Law-breaking students? No @ChinaDaily.
These are brave individuals fighting for their human rights and freedom that has been stripped from them by Communist China. And it’s time we all stand with them.
Troubled by the ongoing violence in Hong Kong. The overwhelming majority of HK citizens aspire for greater political freedom—it’s time for Leader McConnell to allow a vote on the bipartisan Hong Kong Human Rights and Democracy Act of 2019. https://t.co/Y4rygigO1j
This is vile. Communist China truly has no shame.
The pro-democracy protestors in #HongKong are simply fighting for autonomy and human rights. As long as they are denied what is rightfully theirs, the people will not give up!
Let's be clear: the violence is being escalated by the #HongKongPolice & their violent crackdown. Millions of Hong Kongers have been risking their lives for democracy.
They need unequivocal support & warnings of economic consequences, not "both sides" nonsense from @SecPompeo
Tonight a young protester was seen being attacked and thrown out from a building in Tsuen Wan by some pro-Beijing people. He was unconscious and in a critical condition.
