We had placed an order for LG washing machine from https://t.co/pUhxJKIYqW on 09/06/24 which was subsequently delivered. Unfortunately, wen the installer opened the box, it was found to be damaged. FYI, Order no. 40664047756935517

pickup. The customer care executive did acknowledge that there was some issue with the Pickup agency, and @amazonIN would look into it.
This last pickup was scheduled for 26/06/24 9.00am to 9.00pm. We waited at the address for the entire time frame. it was cancelled again !
