@motorolaindia I need your urgent help with my #motorazr60 Swarovski Edition.

I purchased it in Sept 2025. In Feb 2026, a tiny dot appeared at the edge of the display. I visited your authorised service centre, SSV Technologies, Gajuwaka, Visakhapatnam. They refused warranty service after noticing a very small dent on the hinge, which they marked as “customer induced damage” after zooming in on it.

The display was still functioning, so I continued using the phone for ~6 months. Yesterday, the screen suddenly became unresponsive and started flashing green/white. Today I visited another authorised centre, Bright Infocom, Visakhapatnam, but they are also refusing warranty repair because the previous centre had already marked the device as damaged.

I request @motorolaindia to please review this case independently. A tiny hinge dent should not automatically be presumed to be the cause of a complete display failure, especially when the phone continued functioning normally for months.

Please arrange an inspection by Motorola and replace the display under warranty if the failure is found unrelated to the minor cosmetic dent.

I chose Motorola expecting premium quality and after-sales support. Please help resolve this fairly.
