@tfwrail what the hell is wrong with this service 1807 Cardiff queen street to ABA . Stuck at central and now stuck at Radyr. Blaming a signal fault but no other train on the same line is affected by more than a few minutes we are 20 plus mins late!!!!!

@tfwrail Well would you be able to find out if I am going to get home we are now stuck between penrhiwceiber and mountain ash. And no communication!!!! There are a lot of unhappy passengers with no idea what’s sodding going on!!!

@tfwrail So why is your website saying a signal issue?? Why is your conductor saying it’s because of a broken down train the same train that had very limited impact on every other train going towards Pontypridd. Also this is a brand new sodding train so quite concerning it has a fault!!

@tfwrail I refer again to the above photo. Journey check and your planner showed no up to date information for the ABA line! So please tell me if your app is not working, you conductor is not telling us any information, how are your commuters supposed to know what’s going on???????
