The #JeopardyGOAT tournament is a triumph on multiple levels, but most thrilling to me has been its mix of tones: it oscillates between thrilling and workmanlike, jovial and petty, without ever skipping a beat.

This is the most presidential speech we will ever hear. Perfect combination of vision, wisdom, reflection, experience, selflessness, and acting in the best interests of our country. We are all proud to be Americans tonight. 🇺🇸
I’m nothing but proud today of my Pop, our President, Joe Biden, who has served our country with every bit of his soul and with unmatched distinction. Not only has he been—and will continue to be—the most effective president of our lifetime, but he has likely already cemented himself as the most effective and impactful public servant in our nation’s history. He has been at the center of, and had a material impact on, literally every single major issue that our country and world has faced for 50 years. Our world is better today in so many ways thanks to him. To the Americans who have always had his back, keep the faith. He will always have ours.

I believe the arc of the universe bends towards justice. We pray for a peaceful future.

NEW: The U.S. Supreme Court just denied this request — siding with common sense and the safety of New Yorkers.
I’ll never stop fighting to keep our residents safe.
In just one month, nearly 400 employers, including Hot Bread Kitchen right here in Manhattan, have signed up to hire asylum seekers and migrants as soon as they receive work authorization, with over 18,000 jobs already available.
That makes me extremely proud to be a New Yorker.
It’s official: @GovKathyHochul has signed the New York Early Mail Voter Act 🎉

This is a huge win for our freedom to vote and democracy in New York.
The New York Early Voter Act is now law!
New York will join 35 states that allow any registered voter to vote by mail either early or on Election Day.
