Hi folks, I'm looking for good options to learn more about "organizational structure and design". Anything you found valuable in books, articles, videos, courses, trainer, mentor, coach...Focusing on design considerations, not on scaled agile out-of-the-box solutions. Thx. TIL...
"Just trust people to do the right thing" is perhaps the most naive concept in the agile community. Trust requires an environment where people are empowered, motivated, and nudged to do the right thing. Trust is the emergent result of good work on constraints.
@MarkCCrowley Very misleading article 1) wfh is not the same wfh under a pandemic under terrible leadership 2)invest in better tools for virtual collaboration (digi pens & virtual whiteboards 3)learn remote facilitation techniques 4)create social time with team members. Build up capabilities!
Wow! I think it’s excellent that @DianaOfPortland is deferring her planned topic this morning in favor of something much more important and urgent.
Thanks Diana!

Let's play some card games for business settings together at Agile Games Day in San Diego, March 11. One game will be on psychological safety. Inspiration via #NormKerth@AmyCEdmondson@DanaPylayeva@agileplay@philmarkrosete https://t.co/6XGU8gnuIn

I'm very excited to be sharing some cool, fun, and effective card games for business settings together with my co-worker @martinosterberg for the audience this year.
Tomorrow is day 3 of #RemoteForever. Not to late to learn new things at this awesome fully remote conference in your pyjamas and a morning coffee at the US west coast. :)
Looking for case studies, reading material, articles, and people with experience in decoupling compensations from performance at organizations to let learning and growth thrive. Know of anything or anyone?
