Dr. Frausto Hernandez earned his Ph.D. in Teaching, Learning, and Culture. His dissertation, chaired by Dr. Char Ullman, is titled “Transnational Teachers on Both Sides of the U.S.-Mexico Border: Exploring Their Identities and Conocimiento. A Phenomenological Study with a Comparative Stance.”
