@HDFC_Bank With a great Sorrow, I want to convey that due to usage of your application I got Three Fraud Transactions from my HDFC Bank Credit Card.

@HDFC_Bank I will also write to the Finance Minister, PMO, RBI Twitter Handle about this incident as I am mentally disturbe from this harassment of yours.

@HDFC_Bank so that i can share the treatment I got from HDFC bank executives.
If you will not provide then i will put an RTI to know this public information and the details of my transactions.
@HDFC_Bank If you will not be able to relax me from those penalty than i need to take help of civil court, Consumer Court as it is my right.

@HDFC_Bank You need to revert all those extra panelty you imposed on these fraud transaction.

I have already did a Cyber Crime Complaint and shared a copy to you on same day.
@HDFC_Bank But when i am asking your support which is my right to know the payment details did from my account and getting no response from your side shows the treatment for your loyal customer.
@HDFC_Bank HDFC is most reputed bank and I can never thought that kind of extremely poor behaviour from their customers. You can see my last 12 years of history and i have never missed any payment even i did extra payment.
@HDFC_Bank I am not getting any kind of support from your side even i am getting regular calls for payment but not received any kind of calls for my fraud enquiry.
This is very much unexpected from such a renowned bank.

I have raised a complaint against two fraud transactions done in June 2022. I have not received any solution on that even i have not received any response sinace last 1 month.
I am regularly got penalty on my fraud transaction amount.
