Today, Mrs. C. Ramalakshmi (55), Chief Manager of Vyttila Branch, went missing after 7:00 a.m. A suicide note from her home indicates she was under extreme work pressure. Authorities are searching, and an FIR has been registered.

This is not an isolated tragedy. In recent months, employees of @bankofbaroda have faced relentless harassment, unrealistic targets, coercive recovery methods, and a toxic work culture. One employee has already taken the ultimate step, and now another is on the verge.

The message is clear: management’s obsession with numbers and commissions is destroying human lives.

To the Chairman, Senior Management, and even @RBI @DFS_India oversight bodies:
- Are lives worth less than targets?
- How long will you turn a blind eye while employees suffer mental trauma, humiliation, and pressure?
- Is this the “ethical workplace” you claim to have?

Bankers are not machines, and the human cost of this harassment is too high to ignore. Immediate reforms, proper mental health support, and accountability at the highest level are overdue.

We demand action before another tragedy occurs. The public, regulators, and all employees must wake up to this systemic failure.
