SW PA is currently under an Enhanced risk (3/5) to see severe storms tomorrow. The main threat will be damaging winds. Hail and tornadoes are possible as well. What do the percentages mean? For example, most of the area is under a 5% chance on seeing a tornado....

...If you pick any location in that 5% area, that means there's a 5 % of a tornado forming within 25 miles of that point. Most of us wont see one but the ingredients are there for a storm to spin one up...
