@BACCNUK I'm yet to use prerecording for any of my virtual teaching but will be interested to see how this works - I think it's a tool that could help alleviate many potential technical issues!
@BACCNUK This is so important. Even if your mind goes blank, being clear on the take home message means you should still be able to get your key points across.
@BACCNUK Deep breaths. Speak slowly. Don't be afraid to take pauses to collect your thoughts. Ensure you're well hydrated and have water to hand. And most importantly, try and enjoy! You're sharing your hard work. Be proud and know everyone watching wants you to do well!
