@BACCNUK This is so important. Even if your mind goes blank, being clear on the take home message means you should still be able to get your key points across.

@BACCNUK Deep breaths. Speak slowly. Don't be afraid to take pauses to collect your thoughts. Ensure you're well hydrated and have water to hand. And most importantly, try and enjoy! You're sharing your hard work. Be proud and know everyone watching wants you to do well!

@BACCNUK Yes, but be prepared to explain their purpose and that they are clear - too much data can be difficult to interpret as a viewer.
