The reason for her dismissal is that she bought four cars. The company’s management was reportedly unhappy that a salesperson had purchased multiple vehicles.

MR PRICE REMAINS DEBT-FREE
Mr Price Group reported a 7% increase in earnings for the six months ending September 28, with revenue reaching R17.6-billion.
Despite tough conditions earlier in the year, retail sales grew 5.1%, outpacing the market’s 2.2% growth. The group added 92 stores, bringing its total to 2,958, and plans to open its 3,000th store this month.
Cash sales made up 88% of retail sales, while credit sales grew modestly by 2.7%. Headline earnings per share rose 7.1% to 481.8 cents, with a declared interim dividend of 303.6 cents per share.
CEO Mark Blair highlighted improving sales momentum and expects better economic conditions ahead. The group remains debt-free and well-positioned for festive season trading.
