Excited to announce my project UNAGI has been selected by the Austrian Cluster of Excellence - Quantum Science Austria under the quantA Fellowship program!
Huge thanks to Prof. @GregorWeihs and the Photonics Group for support!

New nonlinearities discovered in single-photon detectors beyond current theoretical models by researchers of @prfupol. https://t.co/cB4WerwI6k @OpticsOlomouc@UPOlomouc
@CarlosSMW@OpticsOlomouc@QuantumHedgehog@IvoStraka@PhysRevLett@PhotonicsMeetup This issue is discussed in https://t.co/I4dna60An7 @stenssok. Instead, we evaluate g2(0) and other quantum state parameters from retrieved photon statistics. The accuracy of the statistics retrieval affects the accuracy of the parameters being assessed. (3/3)
@CarlosSMW@OpticsOlomouc@QuantumHedgehog@IvoStraka@PhysRevLett@PhotonicsMeetup For single-photon emitters with a low detection rate, everything is nice, and the value of the HBT measurement agrees well with g2(0) parameter. Unfortunately, for states with negligible multiphoton content, the HBT fails to produce the correct value of g2(0). (2/3)
