“I’m not into politics!”
Well those “gummies” you like and were legal on July 30th became a felony on July 31st. That’s politics being into you.
I voted against the full THC ban during session in favor of regulations.
Do not let Tarik Skubal becoming a Dodger distract you from the fact that Shohei Ohtani illegally wired millions of dollars to an offshore bookie and made his close friend and interpreter take the fall for him so he could avoid prison time and continue to bring billions to MLB.
If Democrats were EVER going to give us guaranteed universal healthcare - Medicare for All - they would have done it during the pandemic. They didn't. They never will.
Baseball people do like OF Zyhir Hope who’s seen as a future multiple MLB All-Star, but some say the package is light for Skubal “a top two player in baseball.”
One rival says if that’s the deal, call around and ask anyone to beat it. “That’s a deal you can do Monday morning.”
Friendly reminder: The Dodgers have a systemic advantage that no other MLB team has and it plays a significant role in how the sport ended up in the current situation.
Liberals when George W. Bush was President: He's a fascist, white supremacist, religious freak, stole the 2000 election, war criminal, monster.
Liberals 20 years later: I miss George W. Bush.
Liberals 20 years from now: I didn't always agree with Trump, but he was a patriot.
In the liberal mind, Trump is the only bad thing in American politics. Which explains posts like this, missing three former presidents who left behind a bloody trail of war crimes, and who now cash in, write books, produce narcissistic Netflix specials and paint pictures.
Let me adjust this question so you understand exactly how racist and appalling it is:
“In a one-state solution, what concrete institutions would protect [whites] if they no longer control the government or the military and find themselves in a minority?”
It’s insane how normal and acceptable it is to push this great replacement bigotry when it’s about Israeli Jews.
I spoke with @cmkshama about her independent challenge to one of the worst but most powerful House Dems, Adam Smith (D-WA); why Seattle has re-elected him for 30 years; the DSA, potential for alliance with right-wing populism and more. She's interesting:

Texas just made weed a felony after over 70% of voters voted to legalize it. Is this what we call a democracy when the representatives of a state will openly defy the will of voters because incarceration rates went down so much and prisons lost money? Texas is a fucking republican-ran hellhole.
