@joycecalhio Just like Fedor is with the Cavs. Both organizations have their own mouthpiece and it makes sense honestly that it’s through the reporters from the main newspaper in the city.
@JL_Baseball Is there something behind the scenes that the organization doesn’t like with Aleman? He is clearly dominating AAA and pretty much has maxed his development there. Feels like he needs to face big league bats more but they keep sending him down.
@JL_Baseball How much does a looming lockout play into these moves with 2027 potentially a lost year to see some prospects called up by the time the season actually starts?
@joycecalhio Not saying Watson is good at all but the biggest issue with Shedeur is he holds on to the ball forever. Gets away with it in camp a lot because they have to pull up and can’t sack him. Will be interesting to see how it goes in live action when he can be sacked and hit.
@joycecalhio@awfulannouncing NBA playoffs in Q2 probably played a part too. Just remember hearing a bunch of playoff games were on there including some Cavs ones.
@finkn23 My only concern is children walking to school. Unfortunately there are many distracted drivers who won’t see them in the dark. There are also some shady adults. I know they would be fine the majority of the time. But just a concern. Some still walk in the winter.
@Pchopz_ Don’t think it’s a coincidence that both people mentioned as LeBron loving just happen to have Rich as their agent. He is of course going to build them up. That’s why he’s the best at what he does in the NBA.
@joycecalhio Not sure but he’s by far the best wing with size that is available via free agency and can fit within their current salary cap structure. It doesn’t cost them any serious assets to acquire him.
@joycecalhio An open window to do what? They aren’t a serious title contender. Not when their best scorer is a 6’ 2” guard who gets hurt every playoffs and becomes much less efficient.
@JL_Baseball Speaking of call ups. How come they called up Espino so fast if he can only pitch an inning every 3-4 days? I completely understand why his outings are spaced but seems to make it harder for him to get into a rhythm and they are basically playing down an arm multiple days a week.
@SportsBoyTony@KenCarman Take the name out of it. Who wouldn’t want someone who averaged 20ppg, 6rpg, 7apg this season to fill by far the biggest weakness on the Cavs roster (a legitimate small forward)???? Especially if it took minimal resources to acquire.
@JL_Baseball I agree that it doesn’t necessarily translate but Cooper has been a better hitter at each level of the minors than Bo was.
Do you think they consider a position change with Cooper?
@SportsBoyTony Isn’t it a problem that he always ends up hurt in the playoffs? It’s game two of the second round. How is he going to ever make a long run unless he becomes a second or third option on a team?
@finkn23 Cooper has also been a better overall hitter in the minors than Bo was. Think people get caught up in his last name and getting called up to play with his brother at the time. Bo was a decent solid minor leaguer but didn’t hit to the level Cooper has.
@TheKardiac_Kid Issue with Myles getting traded is the return is most like all going to be mid to late 20s picks. Think the discussion needs to start with 3 - firsts and at least one being top 15. Maxx with a bad knee was going to get 2 - firsts one being a top 15 pick.
