Door was broken so we went back to the gate. Like 50th in line to get de iced. Also don’t have “potable water” on the plane. Was supposed to leave at 8:35 and won’t leave until 11:55. My butt hurts from sitting so long. At least I have bubbles now. 🙏🥂 Get it together @Delta
