Will never use @UPS ever again when sending to US. Parcel sent 23/11 on 28/11 information request 4 customs received & answered. 29/11 customs fees paid. Parcel is still as of 4/1 in Louisville KY. Wonder will the Christmas presents arrive by next year!? Will never recommend UPS
