It isn’t “false” and VT can’t just put their head in the sand and claim “not our problem.” They need to protect the name and reputation of VT.

@manairport Once on the plane there was another 20 minute wait for a tug out to pathway. Your absolute inability to manage the core responsibility of your business, caused us to miss our connecting flight. We are now stranded for 3 additional days. I will NEVER fly through @manairport again.

@manairport And waited and waited for 40 minutes for buses that never arrived. Finally, the phone rings and we are told to go back upstairs and cross the hall to Gate 9. We all have to scan boarding passes again and finally get on the buses to our plane. (Cont)

The ones behind us were a bit mouthy at the start, but one “fell asleep” pretty early in the game. The others were just silenced by the game

@nathangray_1 Like the overall look, two things jumped out. The smoke looked like spiderwebs to me initially, so maybe it could be “wispy-er”. I was also just a bit uncomfortable with the “blood splatter” across Virginia Tech.
