I am extremely disappointment with the inefficiency of @SalaamAir. I have been waiting over a month for my refund of 639 rials after being told it would take two weeks, and our family had to cancel our #Eid plans due to this delay. Complaint number 0470.

My attempts to seek clarification and resolution through multiple phone calls have been unsuccessful. Each time, I receive the same response that the refund should be transferred soon. When I requested to speak to a manager during my last call, my request was refused.
