@CarissaCaples 100% - it's very flaky and impersonal. Its hard to be in leadership position and see and hear some things and then try to explain your own perspective on it - people look at you like you have 3 heads and they need to anoint all of them with oil 😂

@GGBaskerville It's been a hard and lonely road - the whole you don't know how toxic it was until you're removed from it situation. A lot of unlearning and learning healthy things. But I'm a lot stronger than i thought and my faith is a lot deeper. No kids, a blessing now that I'm out of it.
