To think about it, I shared a graph showing 'introverted vs. extroverted' tendencies. Interestingly, Canada and Japan share a same color on the graph, indicating a similar proportion of introverted individuals in both countries.

Hi! As we discussed today, there are many differences between the Canadian style of education and that of other countries, particularly in Asia. In Asia, there's a focus on not standing out, whereas Western encourage individuality.

@lilypmmsslc I believe they should work competently to each other.
Although both job should be roughly divided, there will be some “gray zone work” according to team with is going on. Ultimately, such job should be done by the person who can do at the time.

@PMMSSLCGRamos I think we need class presidents. Firstly, that's practical experiences of democracy. Students can learn how to vote responsibly. Secondly, the person who are chosen as a class president can raise their self-confidence and get a chance to be a better leader from the experience.
