I run a company. I founded the Minnesota Christian Chamber of Commerce and lead it. I lead in ministry.

None of that came easy and none of it came fast. It took work. It took showing up in years nobody was watching, telling the truth when a nicer version was available, and digging deep when it was hard.

Leadership isn’t a title somebody hands you. It’s built, one hard yes at a time, mostly in private, mostly when you don’t feel like it.

I’m not leading because I’m the most qualified person in the room. I’m leading because I kept saying yes when sitting down would have been easier.

I love owning a business — the good days and the hard days both.

It stretches me. It pushes me past comfortable. It’s taught me more than any program ever could.

And without God leading every step, I wouldn’t last a week.

Mastermind days just hit different when they happen by the pool.

There’s something powerful about getting together with women who are ready to dream bigger, strategize smarter, encourage one another, and keep growing.

We talked business.
We strategized.
We encouraged each other.
We played with AI, because of course we did.
And we soaked up some sunshine by the pool.

Because having fun is good for business, too.

Not every breakthrough happens behind a desk. Sometimes the best ideas come when you create space to laugh, connect, dream, and simply enjoy the people you’re building alongside.

So grateful for these mastermind ladies and the wisdom, encouragement, creativity, and fun they bring to the table.

Build the business. Chase the vision. And don’t forget to enjoy the life you’re building along the way.

What a gift it is to run after the heart of Jesus with friends who are hungry for more.

To spend the weekend together.
Worship together.
Laugh together.
Learn together.
And sit at the feet of Jesus together.

I am so honored to run with these amazing people.

There is nothing like being in a room with people who are saying yes to more of Him — more of His presence, more of His fire, more of His love, more of His heart.

I know the ups and downs of owning a business. Of founding a nonprofit. Of leading ministry.

It's hard. It's harder than people think.

But at the end of the day, that's also what motivates me. Every day. To get up and do it again. To lean into God's purpose and His call on my life.

I wouldn't trade it for anything.
