I will never set foot in a @Lowes or buy from them ever again. order for a vanity placed on 4/4 has been nothing but a nightmare since. Finally get it on 5/30 (promised on 4/16) and of course no answers or apologies. Best part: I didn’t receive the right vanity and it’s damaged.
@Lowes Honestly, this response makes me even more upset!!! Yall won’t be happy to look into this, I’ve been needing help for over a month and can’t get no matter who I call. Still have yet to get an “I’m sorry” which is ABSOLUTELY INSANE.

The fact that I had to tell a CUSTOMER SERVICE rep I would really appreciate an apology because I’ve not gotten one once this whole time and STILL did not get an apology is extra crazy. I’ll say it again FUCK @Lowes
Now being told I have to return item to store for return because pickup isn’t available. I have no way to return and am told sorry that’s all I can do. FUCK @Lowes and I meant that from the very tips of my toes
