This Twitter page is my dedication to all who served onboard HMS Acasta, and a lasting tribute to the bravery of both my Grandfather and his fellow crew members
This morning I attended the AGM for the GLARAC association, where it was nice to see some new members.
In the afternoon we held a small service at the Naval Memorial in Plymouth to remember all those lost on HMS Glorious, Ardent and Acasta.
Honoured to lay a wreath on behalf of the GLARAC association this morning at the Naval Memorial service in Southsea.
Nice to see a remembrance cross to an Acasta crew member laid at the memorial.
