@NespressoUSA worst customer service ever I can’t get my machine replaced that’s broken 8 months old and should have a 1 yr warranty. It’s leaking water while turned off and luke warm espresso. I have to completely turn the machine off and unplugged for it to stop leaking.

@NespressoUSA has the worst customer service. My nespresso maker 8 months old is leaking water while turned off and making Luke warm espresso. I contacted support with my serial number and cannot get a warranty replacement even though the machine has a 1 yr warranty.
