A Sinner saved by the Grace of our Lord Jesus Christ, Husband, Father, CPA, Friend, Teacher, Counselor, Supporter of @manutd among others. Romans 1:16-17.
What a year 2025 has been for @watotochurch and me personally! Started it with a theme: BOLD, STRONG AND COURAGEOUS and here we are in 2026. Alot is to be done, but will need to rely on the Holy Spirit in order to do what Cod wants us to do.
Today marked the groundbreaking ceremony for the construction of soccer and basketball courts at the Alcohol and Drug Unit of Butabika Hospital. This generous initiative, supported by Watoto Church, is aimed at enhancing the welfare, rehabilitation, and overall well-being of patients under our care.
The project aligns with our holistic approach to treatment, which recognizes the vital role of physical activity, recreation, and social engagement in the recovery process for individuals affected by alcohol and substance use disorders. These facilities will provide patients with meaningful opportunities for exercise, teamwork, social interaction, and positive lifestyle development, all of which contribute to successful recovery and reintegration into society.
We extend our sincere appreciation to Watoto Church for partnering with us in this important endeavor and for their commitment to supporting mental health and addiction recovery services.
On 12th June 2026, the High Court Civil Division delivered a landmark judgement that categorically advanced and reinforced students’ rights.
I thank God, for granting this overwhelming victory. To my family and friends who stood by me throughout this journey, thank you for your unwavering support.
My deepest gratitude to my lawyers at @KAAdvocates where you can truly consider it solved. @elisonk and @FERDINANDIUS your knowledge and articulation of the law is unmatched.
Thank you to my UCU alumnus @TumukundeTT for your support and encouragement.
This is not my victory alone. I share it with all the students that have been unfairly treated by the administrators entrusted to help them. I share it with those who have endured the painful battle of missing marks, credit transfer disputes and unfair grading.
I conclude with the following message:
Whatever unimaginable odds you find yourself facing, remember: if God is for you, who can be against.
Romans 8:31
That Arsenal watch party ended in absolute tears. The heartbreak was so real, one guy started his car, packed up all the meat, and drove off without saying a word.
What is happening in Senegal between Bassirou Diomaye Faye and Ousmane Sonko is mind blowing and possibly the first of its kind in Africa.
Ousmane Sonko built something extraordinary and when the law overpowered him, he handed a ticket to someone he trusted with his own life.
They won the presidency and then disagreements over critical decisions kicked in and the Faye fired him from a position of Prime Minister.
In less than 24 hours, the speaker of parliament resigned to create a path way for Sonko something you will never see in this continent.
Sonko got reinstated into parliament as a member and then elected the speaker of parliament in the same day. Crazy scenes in Senegal.
Come back isn't done yet because all the roads lead to 2029 presidential elections. Once best friends now greatest enemies. Hats off to Senegal!!
