@kiddorasa I think having routines for things you dont care about can let you be flexible with the things you do care about. Like for instance, having a routine bfast that you have everyday so you dont think about it and can focus your intentions elsewhere

@MirandaTamrakar I know this might be weird, but i break my chapters into their own plot embryos. Each chapter is a short story between 1500-2500 words that are also plot embryos that fit into the bigger plot embryo. Like plot embryo inception
