Just looked up the recommended dosage of melatonin on Google. It’s 0.5-3 mg, for those of you who are wondering.

Before doing so, I unintentionally took 8.5 mg. So, tomorrow should be fun! Might wake up at 10 am... might wake up at 10 pm. Who even knows.
