@thameswater just for the record attempted to pay my bill for third time, the website refuses to load a payment form, your automated telephone service typically a nightmare, not accepting my account number and impossible to connect to a real human.

It was so easy to write posts in WordPress... You just type and that's it. Need a list? One mouse click on a toolbar.
And now you need to remember which blocks are for what, type and click even more to get the same output.
The previous approach wasn't broken, so why change? :(

@BekoUK big fail on your customer tel support lines, put on hold 3 times after being transferred while asking really simple question: Do you supply replacement feet for your cookers, had installation & guys managed to break foot and leave before I noticed unit sitting on floor

Dear #Argos really fed up at having waited in all afternon for a delivery one confirmed as been processed for dispatch, only to receive nothing, login to complain & see the order was cancelled NO EMAIL NO TEXT to that effect, what pisses me off most is making it so hard to email

How true... Fluid/Elastic layouts existed long b4 the rise of those damned frameworks. Oddly, given the CSS properties we waited so long for, frontend dev is in a really bad place & the rot seeps through 2 companies with resources 2 do things right yet cut corners with frameworks https://t.co/DL0HUqFVZK

I see this, too. An entire new generation of developers & designers only know responsive web design, and they only now how to do it by applying classes for a framework, and by using Sketch/whatever-software 4/8/12-column mobile/tablet/desktop templates.

@gtwebdev I'm thinking it's time to re-familiarise with Ubuntu or similar, that perhaps my view on OSX/Win being slicker, smoother, better ui experience an outmoded one. 🤔

Actually #microsoft I am seriously staggered by just what a fucking mess you've caused through this update, an update that I didn't really want or need, time for you to get out of the OS business, focus on Office and corps daft enough to run MS apps.
