@SpiritAirlines made my 8yo son and I miss our connection to pdx at 8pm Saturday, then promised hotel accommodations, then at the last minute (1am) just said “sorry there are no hotels in Chicago” & left us stranded at @fly2ohare until the next flight at 8pm Sunday. UGH

@SpiritAirlines My reservation was for flight NK 655 from RSW TO OHARE TO PDX. The first leg was delayed, so my son and I were stranded at OHARE (and still are). They PROMISED us a hotel voucher, and then after we waited from 9pm until 1am, the staff just said it’s not happening and left.
