In my PD research, teachers who usually apply teacher-directed approaches, in which students are not supposed to discuss their ideas, teachers fail to notice students' learning issues. Then they seemed more reluctant to engage with PD opportunities.

@i_am_cryptomad @atakhalighi آدم وقتی توی یه زمینه‌ای موفق هست، یه جایگاه ویژه مثل مرجع پیدا می‌کنه. بعد بنا به اصرار دیگران یا "جو گیر شدن"، شروع به اظهار نظر و یا حتی قضاوت در بسیاری از مسائل می‌کنه. واقعا دوری از این تله، خیلی سخته و نیاز به تمرین و ذهن‌آگاهی داره.
