How are they gonna achieve it? They have been building an app with the best developer app Team in Hong Kong (Green Tomato), which is almost finished. The name of the app is Well3.

Well3 stands for Wellness 3.0. It’s a Wellness app powered with AI technology. It combines two huge fields. AI + Wellness.

That is a trillion-dollar field, guys. Imagine it going to the masses, which I’m confident it will. Top-notch developers build the app. The best VCs are on board, like Newman Capital, etc., and so on.

I see Yogapetz and $WELL to set a whole new trend with the things you can do on the app.

For example:
- Breathe to earn
- Sleep to earn

Just to name two of them. You remember STEPN with its 'walk to earn.' It was huge.

Mai lại cuối tuần rồi, lại chuẩn bị lên đường thôi.
Đi đường khó nhiều, nên việc chuẩn bị công cụ hỗ trợ để đi leo núi là việc rất cần thiết. Tùy vào cung đường dài hay ngắn, địa hình khó hay cực khó mà mình tùy chỉnh dụng cụ mang theo khác nhau.
Mình thường chỉ có thời gian cuối tuần để đi, nên cung đường cũng không quá dài, địa hình thì thường thuộc dạng cũng khó, nên đồ mình chuẩn bị đơn giản thôi:
👆 Thứ nhất - Giày: cái này phải được chuẩn bị kỹ nhất, nên chọn một đôi giày thật tốt, thật thoải mái với bản thân (giày cổ thấp, cao hoặc mid tùy vào độ lỏng của cổ chân; giày chống nước hoàn toàn hoặc chịu nước thông thường,...) 🥾🥾🥾
✌️ Thứ hai - áo, quần: cái này đơn giản, mùa hè thì cứ đồ thoáng mát, mùa đông thì mặc ấm hơn chút miễn sao là phải là quần áo dài tay và dễ dàng vận động.
🤟 Thứ 3 - balo: mình thì mang gọn nhẹ thôi nên balo cũng nhỏ, nhưng phải chống nước. 🎒🎒🎒
🖖 Thứ 4 - Bình nước: cái này tùy mỗi người thôi, mình đi cung tầm 10 km thì mang bình 2l là đủ lắm rồi.
🖐 Thứ 5 - nón mũ, dụng cụ y tế: Cái này là bắt buộc phải có. Nón mũ để che nắng mưa, dụng cụ y tế để có thể tự sơ cứu vết thương nhỏ trên đường đi.
Vậy là chỉ cần 5 thứ trên là chiến được rồi. ⛰️⛰️⛰️
