I paid £2000 for business class as I have a bad back and could use the extra legroom but apparently with @British_Airways, the difference between economy and business is just a pillow.

Their complaints helpline is closed so one can never reach them. What a shame!

@PrestigeFlowers deeply disappointed with the lack of empathy and failed delivery by your company. The flowers I ordered for a grieving granddaughter were meant to be delivered on 22nd May. Despite expressing the urgency, ignored the situation and hid behind terms and conditions.
