Seeing a lot of folks in the market look at price dynamics in $RESOLV, so it is the right moment to share facts and our team's considerations.

Market situation.
Resolv has released 15+% token supply into the market, including airdrop, market maker inventory, incentive budget. A lot of it went to early users, who have supported the protocol long before TGE.

Some investors, in anticipation of open market sales, have shorted the token, with an idea to buy back at a lower price. It also makes sense given how typically aggressive post-airdrop selloffs are, and smart investors would like to re-enter at a lower val for better upside.

Glad to confirm, Resolv Foundation have not sold any tokens during that period. In fact, at current levels, we are strong buyers. Bought 1.6M Resolv at ca .15 over the past 24hr.

But what's next?
Resolv is actively working towards executing on the promise of creating a killer distribution machine. It is simple, more distribution => more value add to the partners => more flows into the product and protocol token.

To be more specific on key growth areas here.

1/ A use case for Resolv is to create sustainable, scalable USD-neutral products. But the beauty is that there is a lot of underlying ETH/BTC inventory! It means that ultimately, staking service providers are huge buyers into that inventory and, as partners, can enable a new source of deposit flows by distributing Resolv and getting 1:1 deposits from USR they onboard!

With this narrative, I can't be more bullish on our collaboration with @P2Pvalidator, which maintains one of the largest distribution networks across the industry.

2/ USR is competitive as a money market instrument, due to tier-1 peg level and elevated rates correlating with Resolv native yields. Next area of improvement will be radical increase in liquidity for prime protocols integrating Resolv tokens, so that users are able to sustainably execute their strats.

We plan to enable that by launching USR Ecosystem Vault, which will combine stable rates and best exposure to Resolv points. More on this to come separately!

3/ With 1 and 2 above combined, new revenue sources for Resolv are coming from value-add services that we are enabling for the ecosystem without even taxing collateral pool revenue!

Simple inputs here to do the math:
- Resolv has already become a good contributor to @ether_fi products with $80mn allocation, accruing a share of amazing growth of the protocol that comes from its rapidly expanding Cash card business. We are huge believers and will do what it takes to support that team's vision. As a reminder, token incentives from Resolv weETH ops are attributable to $RESOLV stakers.

- With USR Ecosystem vault starting to source capital, its management fees attributable to Resolv will be recycled into the buyback of $RESOLV.

These two sources are already capable of fully counterbalancing $RESOLV inflation coming to the token stakers in 2025, which we estimate at $4mn per year.

There is also much more to do on increasing yields, diversification across products, and innovating in altcoin money markets, as mentioned in our earlier public report available at https://t.co/inJx7Wfevl. The most important thing about this is that the future is not just exciting! The future is $RESOLV.
