@RabbiPoupko "Hey, this wounded combatant came in. Disarm him"
"Sure, but if I take that outside the hospital to.dispose.of it an IDF drone will kill me"
"Fair point. Lock them in a cupboard."
@dndsm@bitcoinpanda69 Rapes have gone down over the last 20 years, if you look at the National Crime Survey (a more reliable source than police reports or convictions), but sexual assault has done up slightly.

@MrJamesMay No, no, no.
If we encourage him to keep eating silly bacon, rather than the good stuff, and let him persuade fools to do likewise, there will be more good bacon for me!
@Cartermill65675@anaesthetic_spr Some cross over, sure. But if a lot of experience has resulted in training that is 5 years uni plus 2 years closely supervised practice, plus 2 years minimum SHO time plus passing mrcp before considering reaching the middle grade, doing it in BSc+MSc is a surprise
@Cartermill65675@anaesthetic_spr In order to be on the medical rota you need a certain set of competencies. Some may have more, but there is a base level. Those skills and knowledges take a certain amount of time to learn. That time is greater than bachelors+masters.
@Cartermill65675@anaesthetic_spr I think the issue is whether they can act as a middle grade in medicine. I would suggest, 'not safely'. As long as one accepts that the medical rota may not provide someone who is able to do what we have traditionally expected.
