One thing people are not talking about is if you have purchased FSD and their are any future hardware updates Tesla has to provide these update at a lower cost. Everyone else will have to pay to play. Look at the past history with FSD 2.0 to 2.5 to 3.0.
I’m all in with this update.
@mikepat711 I miss the lane change aggressiveness displayed in 14.1.4. I’m hoping it returns with the next FSD release, to me that build displayed sentient characteristics.
@farzyness Funny you should say that, since 14.2 my Tesla model S has defaulted to backing into every parking space, including my garage. That my preferred parking method.
Personally Mad Max mode is excellent during high traffic times and you don’t feel like fighting with traffic just to get to your destination.
The yesterday going north bound on I95 heading towards the Christina Mall all traffic came to an abrupt stop and full self driving was able to avoid running in back of another car as well as change lanes to prevent someone from running in back of me. And Traffic at the time was moving around 70-75mph while I was using Mad Max profile.
Never before have I been put in such a stressful situation when full self driving was enabled.
1) I didn’t even know what happened until I looked up the road and noticed all traffic had came to a complete stop.
Best part I was on 14.1.3, downloading 14.1.4 right now and looking forward to reduced break stuttering when on local streets trying to make a turn.
On highways and interstates Mad Max mode is the profile to use during heavy traffic.
Great that we have @elonmusk pushing the human race forward instead of to make $$& for his own personal gain.
IMO this is what’s wrong with the world, it’s all about personal gain and profit.
Looking forward to the future and the best life has to offer with @elonmusk doing his part in learning the way.
Thanks Big Guy!!!!
@elonmusk Would be nice if the next release with reduced nags include streaming. 🙏🙏🙏 let’s just call it a bug that allowed streaming to work while on FSD “only”
