🚨 https://t.co/kEFa0ep1sw es una app que permite el conteo de reproducciones en diferentes plataformas de stream, y como fandom hemos usado de ella durante varios años.

Sin embargo, dado a recientes comentarios que dejan ver su posición discriminatoria hacia el K-pop y señalando al fandom de "bots"; sumado a cambios dentro de la misma plataforma en relación al conteo de reproducciones; se está sugiriendo, desvincular y eliminar las cuentas de spotify, apple music, youtube u otro a esta app.

Sabemos que como fandom nos hemos esforzado cada día, hemos tenido que afrontar los señalamientos de que somos "bots" y no podemos seguir haciendo uso de una app que no respete lo que escuchamos y la cantidad de veces que deseamos escuchar.

PASOS QUE DEBEN DE SEGUIR:

➡️Desvincular desde su cuenta de spotify, Apple Music, YouTube:

1. Ingrese a configuración
2. Diríjase a Applications/Aplicaciones
3. Seleccione Disconnect/Desconectar

➡️Eliminar su cuenta creada en la app:
1. Ingrese a configuración
2. Diríjase a ACCOUNT/Cuenta
3. En la parte final de la pagina de clic en DELETE USER ACCOUNT
4. IMPORTANTE: de acuerdo a lo indicado, la cuenta se eliminará finalmente del sistema en 14 días, excluyendo de forma permanente los datos relacionados a la cuenta.

➡️Desinstalar app (en caso de tenerla en movil/laptop)
1. Desinstalar o eliminar la app.
2. Calificar con 2 estrellas en app store (no se recomienda 1 estrella para no ser considerado bot).
3. Dejar una reseña.

📌Nota: Si usted ha eliminado su cuenta y no ha desvinculado su spotify o apple music, entonces debe seguir los siguientes pasos:

1. En su cuenta de Spotify
2. Diríjase a CUENTA
3. Administrar aplicaciones
4. Busque https://t.co/MU7089t32i y de clic en ELIMINAR ACCESO.

⚠️El desinstalar o eliminar su cuenta de https://t.co/MU7089t32i no afectará su reproduccion en spotify u otra plataforma, esta es una app ajena a la reproducción en las plataformas.

Existen otras plataformas de conteo de reproducción?
Si, al momento estamos a la espera de ver cuál es la mejor opción y que tenga menores inconvenientes con ese conteo.
