@DavidLat The only theory I can think of for why hasn't cooperated is also some promised Adelson financial help for her kids. But I am hoping/assuming they will be bankrupt by the time they pay for Charlie and Donna's legal fees...and a potential civil case against them?

@BelikeFederer @SaamZangeneh @DavidLat I would have started cooperating 8 years ago - or at least 6 - if I was her. It is still a great mystery why she hasn't. Any theories? I can only think that Charlie promised to take care of her kids financially but he is going to be out of money by the time this is over.

@KarlEtters Well, this is a bit much considering the Adelsons promised Dan they had hired a kosher caterer for the wedding...and he only discovered at the wedding that they were serving his kosher friends unkosher food. Nice people.

@GoonerProf Hi, interesting. It can be hard to tell from the outside but what about looking at the total impact divided by the total costs (no matter what the costs are)? For example, an extra staff person could increase the amount of peopled helped significantly.

@TylerEvilsizer @EconDerek I understand your point but isn't saying Harvard should return it saying that Harvard should use its resources (endowment/alums) to support these students - and these funds should go to students at schools that don't have access to those resources?

@tarasbernard So if someone is on a shared work program in NY (for example), and therefore receives 40% of their full unemployment benefit (since their pay was cut 40%), they should receive the full extra $600?
